The EZE Turn pneumatic power wrench gives you the ease of automatic actuation but with the portability of a hand tool. Simply bolt the adapter plate onto any valve hand wheel and twist the throttle.
The EZE Turn pneumatic power wrench allows the operator to cut valve wheel turning time down from hours to minutes. Instead of having multiple operators tirelessly turn a manual valve, they will fight over who gets to use this tool. The EZE Turn makes operating difficult valves a breeze. The EZE Turn portable valve actuator comes with multiple safety features to protect workers in process areas. The speed and torque are regulated not only by the air filter lubricator but also by the spring loaded throttle. If the throttle is released the tool automatically stops. Set the amount of airflow on the air filter lubricator and then throttle the tool from zero to full to actuate any valve. There is also an emergency cutoff lever which must be depressed in order for the tool to function. This safety feature forces the operator to hold the tool with 2 hands for added control.
EZE Turn pneumatic power wrench accessories include: Swivel Air hose connector, power wrench Storage Box with hose reel, hand-guards, and retention adapters.
