Nice idea, except I might use a different captcha image because I think most people would type a space between the 6 and the 8 (I know I would on the first try) Other than that, have you found that the spam bots aren't able to bypass it?

It is useful, but has a big downside if someone get the trick. All the time you have same answer, so it can be automated, so you got a robot.
LE: just find how to have captcha: Form Settings > General > Collect email addresses
