Good video. FYI, the unparking and parking of the pendant to enable arm power in manual mode only works until about system software version s7.3, at which point the dead man switch on the back of the pendant must be held anytime the arm is powered while in manual mode.
This was very helpful! Im handling one of these at my internship this summer and this was a very good basic rundown of how to use it! Id love it if you kept the videos coming with some more advanced stuff!

Hello, I have a question to the use of this sp1 teach pendant for the staubli tx40:
How could I home the roboter? So that it will goto homing position? Is there a button, option for that?
I was trying a lot with the pendant, but I didn't find a homing option…
Anyone how know, please help me 😉
