http://robotiq.com/en/applications/robotic-welder.php – Kinetiq Teaching enables job shops to easily implement robotic welding with simplified teaching and reduced set-up times by allowing operators to guide the robot by hand to the desired weld positions. An icon-based menu is available on the teach pendant’s color touch screen which allows the operator to define the task. Programming time is greatly reduced with the more intuitive manual positioning. The Graphic User Interface allows robot programming to be performed with minimal training.

The operator should hold the remote against his body when observing the weld test. Otherwise the spatter will ruin the screen.
Not sure what is so interesting or different to every other robot other than manually moving it to positions which the welding industry stopped doing 30 years ago as it was more of a paint spraying technique?
i want to know how to teaching in pendant anybody help me please
This is awesome. Does OTC have a similar programming feature?
This is a nice video man. I think it will help me a lot. Ive been operating a yaskawa motoman for almost 6years but my department dont like to teach me how to program it. but now i will be going to have an idea because of this video thanks man.
nice how to use and buy it?
bello e molto interessante, approfondirò…
I love Yaskawa!
Great "how to" video by Robotiq!
Did you know that robot welding applications have some of the highest pendant "touch times" across the automation spectrum?
Roboworld introduced Pendant Armor® to protect teach pendants when accidentally dropped in manufacturing environments.
Check it out here: http://www.pendantarmor.com
is kinetiq teaching is default option or developed by your company. i have EPX 2050 can we go for Kinetiq teaching on that for spray painting with motofeeder.
