I'm in EKG part of my schooling and my teacher says that there is no reason why the QRS or the P or the T would point upward or downward but in this video it says that there IS a reasom why the QRS waves would point upward or downward (he just said it could indivate arrhythmia). Can any1 explain?

I have searched so many videos on ECG but this is the best one
I have whitstanded wet pericarditis last week. A lot of EKGs were measured on my chest so I asked for printed results. Here I am, trying to decode all of these measurements through Youtube videos. 😀 Engineer of mechatronics trying to understand medical stuff… it's hard, but with you guys – its going good
