In this part 3 tutorial animation we continue creating a basic Pick And Place robot program using the RoboLogix Simulation Software package from http://www.logicdesign.com The tutorial covers the Position Register and Jog buttons for Angular as well as Linear motion Jogging. It illustrates how positions can be acquired and saved to the position register for use with the motion instructions. It also demonstrates how modifying the camera angles allows the user to fine tune the target locations required for the Pick and Place application.

About RoboLogix
RoboLogix,is used as a virtual lab for the Robotics Technician Certificate Program, allows you to create, test, run and debug robot control programs to perform various actions and industrial functions. The software is used to train students on the use of robots in manufacturing using a teach pendant and virtual simulation of a palletization application. It includes 12 camera views of the robot, conveyer belt control, robot motion and gripper control and environment settings.

Other Simulation Software Product Offerings from Logic Design
PLCLogix 5000
This simulation product is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) simulator that replicates the operation of a Logix 5000 PLC. It is an ideal tool for learning the fundamentals of ladder logic programming with tag-based addressing. PLCLogix will allow you to practice and develop your programming skills, and provides the ability to write, edit and debug ladder logic programs based on RSLogix 5000 PLC software.
