“Turck’s universal mount cylinder position sensors are used to indicate stroke position by mounting in the groove of the cylinder.

These sensors can be mounted using only one hand due to the integral mounting tab. This tab catches on the inside of the groove of the cylinder, allowing for overhead mounting without additional support.

A small, reverse threaded screw needs only a quarter of a turn to optimally embed the sensor into the groove of the cylinder.

The placement of the super bright LED allows for position detection and indication across the entire stroke length.

The newly released UNTK sensors are less than 20 mm long, the shortest available for t-groove cylinders. This line of sensors has a complete set of bracketry for grooved, smooth, and tie rod cylinders. Additional protective guards and sleeves are also available, along with accessories for very fine or minute placement or adjustment.
