How long did it take you to learn this? I’m not even trying to learn this for beat-box purposes, I want to sing at a lower pitch while using this technique. Have you measured how low you can actually go with this technique? Does this do any permanent damage to your voice?

Can anyone describe what to do with the larynx? When he says loosen your voice, is that dropping or tilting the larynx or perhaps raising the soft pallet?
Even when loosening my vocals, I still can't do it and I've been practicing for 2 months😣
